Concert featuring local musicians will benefit Vahson Household

A lively benefit for Vashon Household will take place at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Red Bicycle Bistro.
The evening will feature food, drink and dancing to the music of local songsmiths Allison Shirk, John Browne, Kat Eggleston, John Whalen & The Fieldhands, Camille & Nick (a subset of the Island band The Diggers), Tab Tabscott, Roger Taylor and Rumor Has It, Kim Thal and Joe Panzetta, Chris Poage, Carter Castle and many others.
It’s an all-ages show, with a suggested donation of $5. Proceeds will go to help support Vashon HouseHold’s mission of protecting the culture, character and people of Vashon by providing and preserving affordable housing on the Island.
