Sing at Benaroya Hall

Register now for the Vashon Island Chorale

Have you ever dreamed of singing in a great performance space like Benaroya Hall?  There’s an opportunity to bring that vision to life with the Vashon Island Chorale’s invitation to  all island singers to register for the chorale’s spring 2014 season and the group’s performance of Mozart’s  “Great Mass in C Minor,” scheduled for Sunday, March 30, at Benroya Hall.

Pre-registration for the chorale begins Thursday, Jan. 2, and Saturday, Jan. 4, at Vashon Bookshop. The combined cost of dues and music comes to $77, and rehearsals are on Tuesday nights starting Jan. 7.

Scholarships are available, and applicants should contact Karen Baer at info@vashonislandchorale.org.

Under the leadership of maestro Mark Adrian, singers from the Sacred Music Chorale and Northwest Chamber Chorus will join Vashon Island Chorale in the Benaroya performance. The Sammamish Symphony Orchestra with acclaimed Vashon soloists Andy and Jennifer Krikawa will accompany the combined choruses.
