Jump down the rabbit’s hole to ‘Mad Hatter’s Ball’
VAA’s 32nd annual art auction, “The Mad Hatter’s Ball,” will take place from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, and 5:30 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Blue Heron Art Center.
Both nights will feature silent and live auctions showcasing nearly 150 original artworks and “extravagant experiences.” Dinner, libations and live entertainment by Lelavision will also be provided.
Tickets for Friday night are $45 per person, or $25 for contributing artists and Saturday auction guests. Tickets for Saturday night cost $120 per person or $1,200 for a table of 10. To preview works of art or buy tickets, visit www.themadhattersball.org or call 463-5131.
