Love Duets V will celebrate Valentine’s Day early this year with its annual event at 8 p.m. Friday at the Red Bike.

The successful show raises funds for Vashon Events, while showcasing over 30 island singers in a fun format — a love-themed duet.

Island musician and co-organizer Allison Shirk will emcee the evening.

“In the past, there have been many surprise and standout performances at this event,” said co-organizer Pete Welch. “We think it’s going to be yet another one of those magical nights of music and can’t wait to see what unfolds.”

Tickets are a suggested $8 donation at the door.
