PHOTOS: Low Tide Celebration

Dozens of islanders gathered at Point Robinson Saturday for the Low Tide Celebration to witness the lowest tide of the year and the sea life that becomes visible when the water recedes. Saturday’s event marked the celebration’s 12th year and the warm weather ushered in summer as beach naturalists and vendors set up on the beach to spread information about Puget Sound’s sea life and how to protect it.
