High school golfer heads to state

Vashon High School golfer Cole Devereau qualified to compete at the state golf tournament when he scored an 80 and tied for sixth place at the district tournament, held Tuesday, May 17, at Gold Mountain Golf Course in Bremerton. 

Devereau, accompanied by VHS golf coach Andy Sears, competed in the state tournament on Tuesday in DuPont.
