Bennedsen added to wrestling hall of fame

First Lt. Robert Bennedsen, who was killed in Afghanistan last summer at age 25, will be inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. An induction ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday at the the Holiday Inn in Everett. 

Bennedsen, who had a successful wrestling career at Vashon High School, will also receive the Hall of Fame’s 2011 Medal of Courage award.
