With all the consternation and confusion about the proposed new scheduling, it’s easy to forget that the people who work on the docks and boats have nothing to do with it. They are simply trying to get us where we need to go. These crews will have to meet the demands of a schedule that has never been attempted on this route. Let’s remember to treat them with courtesy and not take our frustrations out on them.
