Enchantment Abounds at Swamp Bottom Jamboree

The roster of performers at this year’s event reads like a who’s who of Vashon’s arts scene.

A Swamp Bottom Jamboree, a benefit for Vashon Community Care on June 5, is sold out. The popular roving performance at dusk is the creation of island artist and performer, Steffon Moody. Magical acts and artful displays are peppered through 16 acres on Maury Island. This will be the fourth time for the event which was initiated in 2013.

The roster of performers at this year’s event reads like a who’s who of Vashon’s art, performance and music scenes: Adam Ende, Aiden Fey, Andre Sapp, Andy James, Angela Parisi, Arlette Moody, Bill Moyer, Bill Robison, Caela Bailey, Carl Hillman, Esther Edelman, Giacomo Moody, Glenn Easley, Henry Hazelton, Jawbone Puppet Theater. Simmons, Jennifer Potter, Jim Farrell, Jon Whalen, Kaleb Kerr, Kathy Desmet, Kevin Nortness, Kevin Joyce, Kevin Kim-Murphy, Kim Thal, Lou Mangione, Louisa Moody, Luz Gaxiola, Lynelle Sjoberg, Madeleine Sosin, Mark Graham, Martha Enson, Matt Wilson, Michael Meade, Mik Kuhlman, Mike McGrath sculpture, Monica Gripman, Nehara Kalev, Ron Hook, Steffon Moody, Stephen Meyer, Stupid Bike Night, Vivian Conant, String Shadow Puppet Theater, Zowie Anne Wilson, W.B.
