Engine troubles on Monday

The Vashon-Fauntleroy-Southworth ferry route was temporarily reduced from three boats to two boats Monday morning because the Klahowya ferry had engine trouble.

According to Washington State Ferries spokesperson Hadley Greene, when a boat crew went to start the vessel for its first run of the morning, they found there was a problem with the ferry’s starter.
