Ron Turner, 70, of Vashon Island, WA, passed away on August 23, 2021.

Ron lived a full life and retired from the United States Coast Guard after a lengthy enlistment of 23 years.

He later became a Vashon Island Fire Commissioner and was re-elected to the position many times, until he retired due to his battle with cancer.

Ron is survived by his partner of 13 years, Glenda Neacsu of Vashon Island and sisters, Connie Seymore (Ollie) and Nancy Spradling (Richard).

In his memory, a service will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 at 1:00 pm, at Island Funeral Service.
