Colin McIntyre wrestled at the Washington State Wrestling Association Folkstyle State Championship at the Tacoma Dome on Feb. 17. He competed against 25 of the best 14U – 97 pound wrestlers in the state. McIntyre won several close matches to advance to the state finals match, where he won with a first round pin. He will compete at the League Middle School Championships this weekend, the U.S. Open Regional Championships in Las Vegas in April and the WSWA Freestyle State Championships in May.
