Tyler Anton Robinson

Tyler Anton Robinson of Vashon Island died May 27, 2005, in an accident in Snohomish. He was 24 years old.
Friends and family say he lived a “full and authentic” life.
He was an artist, a philosopher and a teacher.
He grew up in Snohomish, and graduated from Snohomish High School in 1998 where he performed in many drama productions and advanced-placement art.
He received numerous awards and commissions for his artistic talent throughout his life and had a solo exhibition when he was 21.
Mr. Robinson climbed Mount Fuji, in Japan, on his 13th birthday. He attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago on scholarship. His interests included computer technology, digital imagery, Chinese language, Eastern philosophy, music, horticulture and hiking.
Survivors include his mother and father Kelly and Anita Robinson of Dockton, his partner and love Lyndsay Cooper, his brother Patrick Halstead and wife Naoka, his sister Allison Reid and husband Jeffery, grandparents Lynn and Bette Robinson, Ann Chopp, and various aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
A memorial service was last Friday in Dockton.
Mr. Robinson wished for his body to go to science for the advancement of science and medicine. His ashes will return to Dockton.
