Kevin Effert

Kevin Effert died peacefully

on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Foss Home

in Seattle. He is survived by his wife,

three children and six siblings.

Kevin was a very kind man and

generous to a fault.

He will be sorely missed.

The service will be a private affair.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Vashon Community Care Center.
