Fleet Feet: Pirates run the Seattle half marathon

Four Vashon Pirate cross-country athletes participated in the Seattle Half Marathon on Sunday, three of whom are pictured. Isaac Hughes, left, completed the race in 1:34:29; Annie Muller, center, ran it in 2:05:33, and Elizabeth Lande, right, finished in 2:42:24. Paisley Liske of Seattle ran it in 2:49:22. Fellow teammate Sam Knight ran the full marathon and finished it in 3:47:44.

Race results show that 20 islanders participated in the event.
