Ray Steen

Ray Steen, a 1950 graduate of Vashon High School, died April 11, 2007, in Walla Walla, Wash. He was a graduate of the U.S. Maritime Academy, Kings Point, Long Island, and then served five years as a pilot in the Navy. Following military service, he worked for the Post Office in Seattle.Â
In retirement, he moved several times, settling in Walla Walla nine years ago. His brother Pete of Las Cruces, New Mexico, survives him.
