Numerous island musicians turned out for Vashon Events’ fourth annual Will Sing for Vashon holiday fundraiser at the Red Bike last Friday. Members of the audience enjoyed holiday music and donated to Vashon nonprofits they wished to support.

Organizer Pete Welch called it a successful night for raising money, as the event brought in more than $1,800 for a variety of organizations, including Vashon Youth & Family Services, Vashon Community Care and The Dove Project.
