Robbie Fulks, the gangly singer, songwriter and flat-pick guitarist who became well known to Island audiences during a series of rollicking shows he played here a few years ago, will return to Vashon this weekend with a new duet partner in tow.

Vashon Island Chorale will ring in the holiday season next weekend with an ambitious concert that features not only masterpieces from the Renaissance and Baroque eras but also two new works by contemporary composers.
Leah Mann and Ela Lamblin, founders of Lelavision Physical Music, usually get hired to work at theaters and festivals, performing a unique blend of dance and physical comedy that revolves around Lamblin’s musical sculptures.
Vashon High School drama students will present an original take on one of the most beloved plays in the American theater canon, with four performances of “It’s a Wilder World Today: Our Town Revisited” scheduled for Thursday through Sunday.
