From Antarctica to Vashon, island bakery owner has seen it all

Berry is only the bakery’s fourth owner in its four-decade history.

The Virginia V, made from local old-growth fir, serviced Vashon Island and surrounding communities from 1922 to 1938 and is a National Historic Landmark.
