William C. Palmer, born to Elizabeth
and Glenn Palmer in Cleveland, Ohio,
in 1944, passed away at home on Vashon, February 4, 2013.
William was a self-employed home painter.
He is survived by his wife Gwynn, whom he married September 1, 1970. He is also survived by his son Josiah Tai Palmer, god-daughter Maren Metke and sister Carol Mutillo.
