A major fire broke out in my neighborhood (Sandy Shores) last week. The Vashon fire department responded fast and had it under control quickly. There were many volunteers, medics, trucks and other responders that were hard at tasks. Clean up was amazing — nothing left undone.

How very fortunate we are to have such a great and responsible Vashon fire department team.
