Comic: Seagulls on Vashon observe the humans

Arsenio Navarro moved to Vashon Island with his family in 2021 and has been steadily developing his fine art practice ever since. He said this comic was inspired by the unpredictability of our ferry schedule. He wanted to capture the quirks of island life and realized the perfect narrators were the seagulls who are there every day.
