Café Luna will show new work by island painter Kathy Larsdotter.

Duet will exhibit new oil paintings called “Across the Universe” by Lenard Yen.

Heron’s Nest will feature the work of their artists on the Vashon Island Art Studio Tour.

Redmond-based fiber artist Lisa Jenni will be featured at the Island Quilter gallery.

Ann Leda Shapiro’s new prints will be on display at PSCCU. Kevin Almeida will play music at the artist reception on Friday night.

Quartermaster Press will feature the work of a number island printmakers.

Raven’s Nest will offer Native American tree ornaments, highlighting designs by Tlingit artist Israel Shotridge.

Ariana Heinzmen’s sculptural pottery in the show “Thot Pot, A Series of Vessels that Imitate the Sense of Touch” will be on display at the Hastings-Cone Gallery next to Snapdragon.

Pam Ingalls new show “V is for Vashon: The ABCs of Vashon Island” will be in the gallery of The Hardware Store Restaurant. Music will be provided by Daryl Redeker.

VALISE Gallery will show new work in the “5 by 5” show that began in November.

Vashon Allied Arts Gallery’s eighth annual “Masters in Miniature” will exhibit compact creations by 42 island artists. The gallery will be open for early sales at noon on Thursday.
