The two sides in a dispute over control of the famed Mukai farmhouse and garden will go before King County Superior Court Judge Monica Benton on Thursday.

The hearing for summary judgment begins at 9 a.m. at the courthouse, located at 516 3rd Ave. in downtown Seattle. The hearing is open to the public.

Both sides are expected to get an hour to argue in support of their motions.
