Steve was an extraordinary birder, whose smile, good humor, and willingness to share birds and the birding experience was felt by all who knew him.
Jim will be sorely missed by his wife of 52 years, his two sons, two grandsons and brother along with many friends and extended family.
He will always be remembered for his kindness, warm heart and infectious smile.
Vance Monroe Price, an island resident for 81 years, passed away on November 6, 2025. His wife, Peggy Louise Price, preceded him in death on January 27, 2025.
Her love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Frank lived all of his 93 years on Vashon, except for the two years he was in Korea with the U.S. Army.
Nanny Elisabeth Berry passed away peacefully at her home on Vashon with the view of Quartermaster Harbor that she loved so much.
