CeCe Youmans Billings

1961-2009

CeCe Youmans Billings died Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at her parents home, where she resided. She was surrounded by her Mom, Dad, and hospice support team. Death was caused by diabetic-related heart failure.

She is survived by her parents Ann and Bob Youmans of Vashon, her daughter Kristen Billings of Belfair, and her brother Scott Youmans, his wife Suzy, and their girls Savannah and Syrel of Bothell.

CeCe was born in Parma, Ohio and came to Vashon in 1982. Some may remember her as an employee of The Bank of America (Seafirst) on Vashon and in West Seattle. Diabetic complications led to her being on medical leave for the past 10 years.

CeCe has additional caring relations through her Aunt and Uncle John and Martha Hale and their families of Seattle, and her special Uncle Don Youmans and his wife Merc of Sandersville, Georgia.

CeCe was 48 years old and had diabetes since age 10. She lived gracefully with this disease, and died in the same manner. Prior to death, she requested that remembrances be directed to Providence Hospice of Seattle or Vashon Island Fire and Rescue.

Private celebrations of her life are pending.
