Mary E. Skewes (Betty Frederickson)

Mary E. Skewes (Betty Frederickson) passed away quietly after a long illness March 29. She is survived by husband Tom Skewes, son Jim Frederickson, daughters Pam Kaperick and Nancy Leigh Frederickson, stepsons John and Charles Skewes, and son Eric Bingham as well as many brothers and sisters.

Betty was known for her love of entertaining, giving spirit and often baked for and took care of others. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 11 at the Island Funeral Service Chapel. Friends are invited to bring stories to share. A reception will follow at the Sportsmen’s Club.
