On behalf of the Seals Swim Team, Vashon’s swimming community, the many island organizations, business owners and thousands of Vashon residents who support the proposal to make year-round swimming a reality, we would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the Vashon Park District.

Board members Karen Gardner, Lu-Ann Branch and Bob McMahon, as well as Aquatics Director Scott Bonney and Executive Director Elaine Ott-Rocheford have worked tirelessly over the last six months to ensure the community’s voice was heard.

We look forward to continuing the partnership with the Vashon Park District to make improvements to the pool and to ensure aquatics programs are available and accessible for the whole island to enjoy.
