Acclaimed Seattle artist sheds light on his work

Artist Dan Corson will talk about his current art show at VALISE Gallery show at 3 p.m. Saturday at the gallery.
The show, “Photonic Sketches: Homage to Burle Marx, Lilian and Frank Gilbreth and Heliopolis,” is on view throughout April.
Corson is a nationally recognized sculptor and public artist who lives in Seattle. He has won eight Public Art Network Year-in-Review National Awards and received a Northwest Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies fellowship in Italy. He was also tapped by Seattle Homes and Lifestyle as one of the top people who define design in Seattle.
