Legalization and growing on Vashon are both bad ideas

I’m a junior who goes to the high school here on Vashon, and I have to put my two cents in on the grow operation here. I think it’s a terrible idea. I mean, it’s great that there will be another business, but to sell pot? Really?

History is full of lessons to be learned, and we’ve missed one. Any time drugs of any kind are legalized in a society, that society has started its descent. This is a serious pandemic that needs to be treated. Sure there’s the fine print that says who can or can’t do something, but that is going to be ignored. Thanks for taking your time to look at this.
