Frisbees Forever

Taking a mulligan on the disc golf course discussion at BARC (Letter: “Do the Right Fling,” Jan. 27 issue of The Beachcomber). I may have spoken too soon in voicing my concerns about the plans for the BARC park in Burton. I learned that the Vashon Island Park District graciously collaborated with the disc golf patrons at the last board meeting and are willing to work with the disc golfers in finding a sustainable solution for the future of disc golf, biking, and skating. I appreciate the board members listening to our concerns and supporting our community.
