Somehow one of our brand new sandwich boards went missing sometime between June 12 and 14. It was placed on the northwest corner of the Sound Food intersection (Vashon Highway and SW 204th Street).

While I realize that the many sandwich boards along Vashon Highway may be a distraction, or even detrimental to the rural nature of our island, they successfully complete their purpose — to inform islanders of upcoming events. If anyone happens to find a stray sandwich board (white board with big red rectangle at the top and VARSA in white), please contact info@varsanetwork.org.
