Actors to perform ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ outside

Off Road Shakespeare Company actors will perform William Shakespeare's beloved and popular comedy, "A Midsummer Night's Dream," Saturday at the Katherine L White Hall.

Off Road Shakespeare Company actors will perform William Shakespeare’s beloved and popular comedy, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” Saturday at the Katherine L White Hall.

The play will be presented as a traveling play, and the audience will follow the characters of Hermia, Lysander, Oberon, Puck and Titania to various sites in and around the Vashon Center for the Arts grounds.

The play’s storyline follows four interconnecting plots that twist and turn with consequences of love, faeries and magic.

There will be lawn chairs provided for people who may need to sit during some of the outdoor scenes.

The play will be presented twice on Saturday, at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 general admission, $5 for children 18 and under.
