Philip Stanley Quall died on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2002, in Seattle.

Mr. Quall was born on Oct. 5, 1928, to Arnt and Clara Quall in Mount Vernon, Wash.

As his father, a Methodist minister, moved with the church, Philip was raised in Bellingham, Nooksack, Vashon Island and Tacoma. He graduated from Puyallup High School.

Survivors include a nephew, Mike Quall, of Vashon and a niece, Diane More, of Vashon.

A memorial service was on Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Everett Church of the Nazarene in Everett.
