Seeds4Success (S4S) is a contractor with The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). DVR provides employment services to individuals with disabilities who want to work but experience barriers to work because of a disability. A DVR counselor works with each person to develop a customized plan of services designed to help them reach their employment goal. S4S coordinates appointments with the DVR counselor once a month. S4S also has appointments available for clients to complete plan expectations. DVR is a program through Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.

Seeds4Sucess’ delivery of the DVR services has been so much more than a source of “you can do it.” Discovering actual specifics regarding my disability and help to adapt my learning/training has rocketed me toward meaningful personal excellence in my new dream job. The coaching and advocacy has truly made that happen. (I am) so grateful to have this treasure of a service on the island.
