The crowd gasped and cheered August 10 at the wonder of Open Air, an annual outdoor aerial festival at Open Space for Arts & Community. Touring artists, local aerialists, and aerial students took to the idyllic Open Space lawn, in character as seafarers, Mary Poppins characters, and more.

Open Space for Arts & Community’s UMO School of Physical Arts educates island youth in areas including parkour, aerial, and circus skills. Learn more or sign up for classes at openspacevashon.com.
