Former islander, indie-pop and rock singer-songwriter Cami Lundeen will return to her Vashon roots with a show at 8 p.m. Friday at the Red Bike.

Lundeen and her band — Wesley Peterson on drums, Jason Everett on bass and Ryan Hotchkiss on electric guitar — will play favorites from Lundeen’s debut album, “Run Free,” as well as new tunes. Lundeen’s beautifully haunting voice has been likened to a blend of the bluesy-soul of Adele, an alternative rock flare reminiscent of The Cranberries and the edginess of Pink. Her lyrics often reflect the deep reckoning that set Lundeen on her musical path when she was diagnosed with a rare, incurable liver disease.

The show has a $10 cover at the door and is open to all ages until 11 p.m., then 21 and older only.
